    Please note that from the time you order, please allow 3 business days for processing and packaging.

    During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the 3 business day processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet).

  • International Shipping can take from 2 weeks to 3 weeks more.

US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

      Uh oh. Something wrong with what you ordered? No worries. Shoot us an email within 30 days of purchase to support@mondour.com and we can process the return for you. A few things to remember:
  • All items must be Unwashed Unaltered With tags attached In its original condition. Your email should include Order Number/ Description Reason for returning.
  • Please send all returns in their original or suitable packaging to:

  • We do not cover the return shipping cost. After we receive your item in good condition, please allow 5-8 business days for your account to be accredited. All items purchased online cannot be returned in stores. Any shipping is not refundable.
  • Items purchased on sale and gift cards are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
